i am taking a class called money and economics (i won't tell you the number, it scares me). i harbor bitter feelings towards economics after taking kearl's infamous class, but i have made a valiant effort to leave those feelings behind and learn/complete the material for this class without discrimination.
the class is slightly unorganized and the professor is aged (i would say ancient, but thats a little rude). everyone experiences something like this during their college career--but this professor gives sufficient effort and is always positive, and i haven't given up yet. as people leaked into class this afternoon, the professor casually asked, "so where is everyone?" to no one in particular.
this one kid (sitting as far as you possibly can from the front of the class and as close as you can to the back door) said loud enough for everyone except for the professor to hear, "disinterested."
seriously?
not ok.
professionalism points just vanished.
